How Onboarding Works

Submit the application for your chosen tier with basic company and market details. Takes about five minutes.

Our partner team reviews your application and confirms tier fit, pricing, and territory within 3 business days.
Agreement
Sign the partner agreement electronically. Affiliates go live immediately; Resellers and Distributors receive trade pricing access.
Launch
Get your dashboard, assets, training schedule, and first order or referral link. Start selling robots.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I start as an Affiliate and upgrade later?
Yes. Most partners begin at Tier-01 to learn the product range, then move to Reseller once they close their first deals. Your sales history and account standing carry over, which can accelerate Distributor qualification.
Which robot brands are covered by the program?
The program covers our full humanoid and industrial range, including Unitree quadrupeds and humanoids, AgiBot humanoid platforms, UBTECH units, Geek+ warehouse robotics, and 50+ additional manufacturer lines in the catalog. New lines are added to the trade price list as they are onboarded.
Do Resellers have to hold inventory?
No. Tier-02 Resellers can order per project with a one-unit minimum, and we can drop-ship directly to your end customer with your branding on the paperwork. Stocking is only required at the Distributor tier.
How is Distributor territory exclusivity handled?
Exclusive rights are granted per country or region against agreed quarterly performance targets. Territories are protected — we route inbound leads from your region to you and do not appoint competing distributors while targets are met.
Do you support international shipping and compliance?
Yes. We operate across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and handle export documentation, lithium battery transport requirements, and regional compliance for partner shipments.
How and when are Affiliate commissions paid?
Commissions are confirmed when the customer's payment clears and any return window closes, then paid monthly by bank transfer. Your dashboard shows pending, confirmed, and paid amounts in real time.
